| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | medium | onions | diced |
| 1 | small | red cabbage | cored and shredded |
| 1 1/2 | quart | chicken broth | |
| 3 | tablespoons | wine vinegar | |
| 1 | each | ham hock | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 1 | x | sour cream | |
| 1 | x | dill weed | fresh |
IN A LARGE SOUP POT, heat the oil and cook the onions, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 10 minutes. Add the cabbage and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Add the chicken broth, vinegar and ham hock. Cover and simmer the soup for 1 hour. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper as desired. Remove meat from ham hock and add back to soup. Serve with sour cream and chopped fresh dill.

Valentine’s Day often brings thoughts of flowers, jewellery and boxes of chocolate into one’s head. The gift that really stands out is chocolate because hardly any women hate the amazing taste....
Last night, I made these brownies according to this recipe, I think the only problem is I should put 3/4 batter at the bottom, another 1/4 batter on top, in this way the brownies should be looked nicer, but they are really delicious and moisure.
