Broccoli Bacon Quiche (Crustless)

Ingredients

4 slices bacon
4 large eggs
1 cup cream, half and half
1 cup swiss cheese grated
2 cups broccoli florets flowerets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.

Beat eggs with cream and cheese.

Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper.

Crumble bacon.

Stir 1/2 of bacon into egg mixture.

Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway bet ween center and edge comes out clean.

Top with remaining bacon.
