| 1 1/2 | cups | whole wheat flour | |
| 1 | cup | apple juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | wheat germ | |
| 1 | cup | mixed dried fruit | packed |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 6 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | fat |
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray 9x13 (or a little smaller) pan with cooking oil.
Mix all ingredients, pat thinly on bottom of pan, sprinkle with extra cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes.
