| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 16 | ounces | pumpkin (canned) | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | packed |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 1/4 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | ginger | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1/2 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1 | x | pie shell (9 inch) | unbaked |
| 1 | x | whipped cream |
In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add pumpkin, sugar(s), cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt and mix well.
Add milk and cream and mix well.
Place pie shell on oven rack, then pour in pumpkin filling.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Cool on a rack.
Just before serving, decorate with whipped topping.
