Directions

Cook the ground beef and the onion together in a large skillet until the meat is cooked through and beginning to brown. Drain off any excess fat.

Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients (other than the spaghetti sauce or pasta shells).

Fill the uncooked manicotti shells, packing the filling into both ends. Arrange the shells in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish .

Pour sauce over the manicotti and cover with foil, and put in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃) F and bake, covered, for 1 hour.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
