Ingredients

4 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large onion diced
1/4 cup italian seasoning
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup nuts ground
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a boil.

Turn down heat and add 4 1/2 c. rolled oats. Do not stir. Cook about five minutes.

Then set aside to cool. Form patties with oiled mason jar lid.

Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

Serve with ketchup or gravy.

30-Minute Beef Stroganoff

Very very tasty. I couldn't eat it fast enough. I'm so glad I found this site. I used beef broth instead of the water. Even the mushrooms were packed with flavor. Two thumbs up!
