| 1 1/2 | pounds | pork | lean |
| 8 | ounces | pork fat | without gristle |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | allspice | ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | ounce | bread crumbs |
Mince the meat and fat twice, then mix very well and season.
Add the herbs and breadcrumbs and any spices used.
Fill skins as usual.

General:Parsley is the dried leaf of Petroselinum crispum, a biennial in the parsley family....
Egg became scrambled in the sauce. Wouldn't use eggs for a white sauce.
