Ingredients

1 1/2pounds pork lean
8ounces pork fat without gristle
1/2teaspoon allspice ground
1teaspoon salt
1ounce bread crumbs

Directions

Mince the meat and fat twice, then mix very well and season.

Add the herbs and breadcrumbs and any spices used.

Fill skins as usual.
