| 1 1/2 | cups | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
| 3 | cups | apples | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | chopped, optional |
Mix in order listed. Do not use electric mixer.
Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Let cool and cut into bars.
Stays fresh for weeks.
