| 3/4 | cup | water | cold |
| 1 | envelope | gelatin, unflavored | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | water | boiling |
| 1 1/4 | cups | evaporated milk | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | almond extract | |
| 2 | each | kiwi fruit | if desired |
| 4 | each | strawberries |
1. Measure cold water into small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand for 1 minute.
2. Add sugar to gelatin mixture. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Pour boiling water into medium bowl. Stir in gelatin mixture.
3. Combine milk, vanilla and almond extract. Stir milk mixture into gelatin mixture.
4. Divide mixture between four serving dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours 5. Pare and slice kiwis. Arrange kiwi slices and strawberries over each dessert.

It is a great recipe, we made it for dinner last night, the dressing we made was a little bit less about 1/4 cup, next time we will make more, I think it should be 1/3 cup at least, then the couscous will be more moisture, but it was still tasty.
