|3||slices||whole wheat bread|
|1 1/2||each||scallions, spring or green onions||chopped|
|1 1/2||cups||medium salsa||*|
|3||tablespoons||prepared mustard||Dijon whole grain|
|1 1/2||teaspoons||worcestershire sauce|
|0||x||sea salt||to taste*|
|0||x||seasoned black pepper||to taste*|
|1 1/2||tablespoons||barbeque sauce|
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Soak the bread in warm water in a small bowl. Place the beef in a large bowl. Drain bread and add to beef along with green onion, onion, salsa, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix by hand until well blended. Form into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
