Ingredients

16ounces cream cheese or light cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sugar
1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
2large eggs
1each graham cracker pie crust 6 oz or 9 inch, prepared
2cups assorted fruits fresh, sliced

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F, for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Top with fruit.

Oriental Pork Roast

I made this last night, and it was delicious! The only thing I would change perhaps is reduce to 1/4 cup the orange juice (instead of 1/2 cup) the next time I make it. Hubby loved it also, he said it was the best pork roast he ever had!
