Onion 1 - 2 Tbsp, chopped
Chipped Beef 1 - 4 oz pkg
Cream Cheese 2 - 3 oz pkgs
Instructions :
Spread a thin layer of chipped beef in a shallow pan; place in a 350 oven until dry and crisp.
About 15 minutes.
Cool cruble dried beef and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and onion.
Shape into small balls.
Roll in crumbled dried beef until beef coats the balls.
Serve on tooth picks.
