Recipe Talk

I remember a recipe on the first page of an issue. It came from a reader whose mother or grandmother stretched her budget making a meatball recipe that incorporated a lot of bread and Parmesan Cheese in the recipe. It was a recipe for when you have ground beef but need to stretch the recipe to make a lot of meatballs. I hope you can find it for me. I do my own version, but I only have been able to replicate the recipe once. I misplaced the recipe, so I need it. :-)
