I know weightloss is calories in vs calories out, I have had success losing weight but I tend to regain cos of the medication I’m on which causes metabolic syndrome and increased appetite. It makes sticking to a deficit harder, like you might be successful for a day or 2 or even a week but don’t expect to be 100 percent everyday.

I tried carb nite it went well but on day 2 I had this intense headache and new immediately I needed some sugar lol. I need someone who has had success to tell me a sustainable diet plan including cheat days. I know how to lose weight fast but I usually regain and end up worse off because I’m too restrictive

If your weight gain is related to taking medications, then you should consult a doctor about your diet. Different medications have different effects on the body, and there is no universal advice here. Have a nice day!

weight loss is all about dedication and ambition. You have prepare your mind to do it right. If weight loss is related to medication then consult your doctor first. Burn more, consume less.
