Sort of like a cheesy soup topping for english muffins

Decades ago we had a foreman on our ranch that did all the cooking and every now and then he'd cook up breakfast for all us kids on the ranch before we head off to school.

The breakfast was basically toasted english muffins that we would then smother with a cheese sauce.

He's no longer around to ask but from memory I think it had cheddar cheese soup, Worcestershire sauce, bacon (oh the bacon) possibly sour cream (not sure) but that's all that I think I remember of it.

Now this guy was not exactly a creative guy, so he probably got the recipe from somewhere, maybe somebody here has heard of it.
