Zucchini and carrot julienne

This isn't a request for a recipe, perse, but for the cookbook this recipe is from.

My mother gave me this recipe a couple years ago, and I'm sure that she bought me a copy of the book, but I cannot find it anywhere among her things.

This is the recipe:
Zucchini and Carrots with Wine
2 1/2 cups carrots, julienne
2 1/2 cups zucchini, julienne
2 Tbl olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 Tbl lemon juice
3 Tbl dry white wine

Cut veg julienne/matchstick; in large frying pan, add oil and smashed/crushed garlic. Let sizzle, add carrots, and stir for 2 minutes.
Add zucchini, toss for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and wine. Toss and remove from heat.

The directions are copied from the email my mother sent me, so I don't know if she changed anything or not.

I would really love to find out what cookbook this is from, as my mother wanted me to have it. I think it was a vegetarian cookbook but I'm no longer sure as I've been through all of her books that I could find and the recipe wasn't in any of them.

Any help would be great!

I like this dish as it seems completely tasty and yummy too, I will try to prepare it at my place as in coming month i am having my daughter's birthday and I can prepare something different for her.
