I can see and taste, finely chopped onions, curry powder, chilli paste, and an oil of somekind? (chilli oil?)..... I Welcome any input.....

CHINESE CURRY SAUCE
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. curry powder
2 tomato, peeled & chopped
1/4 cup chopped apple
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp yellow bean paste
1 clove garlic finely chopped
or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
small piece of ginger finely chopped
or 1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp sesame oil (peanut oil)
1/4 tsp 5 spice
1/4 cup of milk or more or less to taste
pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
If possible put apple, garlic tomato and onion in blender to finely chop.
Or liquidize after cooking.
