I found this one, is it what you were looking for?

IRRESISTIBLE CHEESECAKE

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. melted butter
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into 9 inch springform pan.

Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in mixing bowl; beat until smooth. Spread over crumb mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 15 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 475 degrees.

Mix sour cream, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in bowl. Spoon over cheesecake. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until light brown. Loosen cake from side of pan with knife. Place on serving plate; remove side of pan. Chill until serving time. Yield: 16 servings.
