Banana Pudding

"No-cook banana pudding made with cream cheese, condensed milk and whipped topping."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
1 (5 ounce) package instant
vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen
whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla
wafers
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

"Instant vanilla pudding, condensed milk, lemon juice and amaretto are the distinctive ingredients in this banana pudding."
INGREDIENTS:
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant
vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen
whipped topping, thawed
5 bananas, sliced
8 ounces vanilla wafer cookies
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, stir together pudding mix, milk and condensed milk until blended. Stir in lemon juice, amaretto and vanilla until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
2. In a large glass serving bowl, layer pudding mixture, bananas and cookies. Chill until serving.

"Instant vanilla pudding mix is combined with condensed milk, sour cream and, of course, bananas, and layered with vanilla wafer cookies in this banana pudding."
INGREDIENTS:
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant
vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen
whipped topping, thawed
6 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla
wafers
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and stir until mix is dissolved. Refrigerate 15 minutes, until partially set.
2. Stir condensed milk into pudding mixture until smooth. Fold in sour cream and whipped topping. Fold in bananas.
3. Make a single layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Spread pudding evenly over wafers. Crush remaining wafers and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate until serving.
Banana Pudding
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 (14oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 large egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups sliced bananas
45 reduced fat vanilla wafers
4 large egg whites at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar.
*Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place flour in a medium saucepan and gradually add milks and egg yolks, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, continuously stirring, for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Arrange 1 cup banana slices in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. Spoon 1/3 pudding mixture over bananas. Arrange 15 wafers on top of pudding. Repeat layers twice; arrange the last 15 wafers around the edge of dish. Beat egg whites at high speed until foamy. Gradually add sugar, 1 Tbls. at a time until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue evenly over pudding. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden. (10 servings)
