5 Ways to Help You Easily Lose Weight

 

Time to have your balance back. If you have been experiencing yo-yo dieting for a while, and have no idea how to stop it! Follow these 5 easy tips to lose weight in a healthy way.

 

1. Have at least 6 servings of vegetables and fruits everyday

Vegetables and fruits are full of fibres, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach quickly so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories, which helps to keep your calorie count low.

2. Eat Healthful fresh foods

Try to eat fresh foods as much as possible. Avoid processed, packaged and convenient foods such as fast food. Convenient and processed foods are usually higher in fat and sodium content. Lots of people we talked to are surprised that how easily they can lose weight just by having a homemade lunch at work instead of eating out.

3. Divide the 3 big meals into 6 smaller ones

Having small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake during the day and also balances your blood sugar level. Instead of having 3 big meals, try 6 smaller ones.

4.Be careful of Portion Size

 One serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants       serve a pasta dish with 4 servings size!!! You don’t have to finish up the whole dish. You can always ask to package the leftover and take home with you as next meal.

5. Don't over restrict yourself

We all have our own favorite treats. Having a small treat once a while can be rewarding to your weight loss experience. Cutting too much of your favorite treats usually lead to an early relapse. Simply indulge yourself a little bit, but be careful of  how much and how often.Simply allow yourself a little indulgence, but watch out for the frequency and the quantity.
