2 Large Swiss Chard Leaves
1 Small Apple
1 cup Coconut Milk

Directions

Wash & cutfruit. Add fruit to blender with greens and milk. Blend a few Seconds before adding ice cubes. Blend on high for 1½ min. Serve immediately
