| 1/3 | cup | butter | or margarine |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic | minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | crushed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | thyme leaves | dried and crushed |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | dried and crushed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | oregano leaves | dried and crushed |
| 1 | large | tomato | diced |
| 1 | medium | shrimp | peeled, deveined |
| 1/4 | cup | beer | room temperature |
| 3 | cups | rice | cooked |
In large skillet over high heat, combine margarine, garlic and worcestershire sauce; add seasoning and herbs. When margarine is melted, add tomato and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add beer and cover; cook for 1 minute longer or until shrimp are pink. Serve over rice.
Simple and delicious! Takes only a few minutes... great for quick gourmet meal.
