Ingredients

3 each chunk tuna drained and seperated with fork
1 each apple cubed
1/2 each cucumber cubed
1/4 cup almonds chopped
3/4 cup raisins, seedless
1/2 cup yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

Drain tuna and separate with fork.

Mix all ingredients together, to taste and consistency

Chill.

Serve on lettuce leaf with sliced tomato on the side (for presentation).
