| 3 | each | chunk tuna | drained and seperated with fork |
| 1 | each | apple | cubed |
| 1/2 | each | cucumber | cubed |
| 1/4 | cup | almonds | chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | curry powder |
Drain tuna and separate with fork.
Mix all ingredients together, to taste and consistency
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaf with sliced tomato on the side (for presentation).
I made this curried tuna salad, very simple and easy, and good flavour. I have enjoyed it very much, thanks giving this recipe:)
