1/4 pound butter
1 x salad dressing, creamy blue cheese
1 x celery sticks, chilled
1 x carrot sticks, chilled

Directions

Remove tips from wings. Cut wings in half at the joint. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden, about 5 minutes or bake the wings in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until browned.

Reviews

THIS REALLY IS THE BEST RECIPE I'VE FOUND FOR MAKING WINGS AT HOME WITHOUT FRYING. EXCELLENT FOR A CASUAL GET-TOGETHER OR JUST RELAXING AT HOME. PEOPLE WILL THINK YOU WENT THROUGH A LOT OF TROUBLE! maria

Kenyan-Style Collard Greens with Lemon

Being from the south where everyone from infants to adults eat collard greens, but not quiet like this. This was very different and a much healthier recipie from the collard grren cooked in smoked hamhocks. I like the dish and would cook it again. The lemon adds some real zest to this dish. Not as strong tasting as the southern recipies. Not as pungent in odor as other recipies.
