| 1/4 | pound | butter | |
| 1 | x | salad dressing, creamy | blue cheese |
| 1 | x | celery | sticks, chilled |
| 1 | x | carrot | sticks, chilled |
Remove tips from wings. Cut wings in half at the joint. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden, about 5 minutes or bake the wings in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until browned.
Melt butter and combine with tabasco sauce. Add whatever quantity of tabasco sauce suits your HOT button. Coat the wings with the HOT butter mixture and serve with blue cheese dressing and chilled celery and carrot sticks.

Being from the south where everyone from infants to adults eat collard greens, but not quiet like this. This was very different and a much healthier recipie from the collard grren cooked in smoked hamhocks. I like the dish and would cook it again. The lemon adds some real zest to this dish. Not as strong tasting as the southern recipies. Not as pungent in odor as other recipies.
