One of the best homemade mac n' cheese I've ever had. The flavor of the sauce was excellent. Instead of provolone I use asiago cheese. The bits of feta and spinach made for nice variety. Bread crumb topping added another layer of crunchy texture.
Fresh spinach, mushrooms, and leeks sauté in olive oil, then top a pizza crust with crumbled feta, sliced tomatoes, and black olives for a vegetarian Mediterranean pizza in 30 minutes.
I make triangles and leave out the mizithra or cottage cheese (too wet for these). Great appetizers if you make them small.
Greek style appetizer, these spanakopitas are always a hit; they are so delicious and you just always want one more!
