It's hard to not fall in love with this tasty flatbread that has caramelized onion, roasted bell pepper and creamy goat cheese.

peeled, halved and thinly sliced

Directions

Put the pizza stone in the oven if you have one, and preheat the oven to 450℉ (230℃).

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat until hot.

Add the onions, stirring occasionally, and cook until the onions are very soft and caramelized, about 15 minute.

Divide the pizza into two equal portions, shape each portion into about 9 by 6-inch rectangular.

Spread equal amount of caramelized onions over each dough.

Top each with roasted bell pepper strips and ¼ cup of goat cheese.

Bake until the shell is golden brown and the cheese starts to become brown, 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool slightly and serve warm.
