| 40 | ounces | yam | |
| 29 | ounces | tomato puree | |
| 2 | cup | beans | dried |
| 1/4 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion | dehydrated |
| 1 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | chili powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon |
Cook up the beans normally (soak, boil, simmer).
Pour yams into pot, including liquid.
Smash lightly.
Add tomato puree, stir through.
Add spices, stir through.
Add cooked beans, stir through. Simmer for for a few minutes to mellow out.

General:Caraway Seed is actually the fruit of a biennial herb in the parsley family, known as Carum carvi. The seed is about 1/5-inch long and tapered at the ends. The hard seed shells have five pale ridges....
Simple and easy, and the results are great. However, I had to double the recipe to satisfy the appetites of my family members and their appetites.
