Ingredients

2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder dry
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup walnuts chopped, 1 ounce
15-16 cups water 7 1/2 fluid ounces
1 teaspoon yeast, active dry

Directions

Timer OR Bake (Rapid) mode may be used.

Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.

Add liquid ingredients.

Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.

Press start.
