1 hrsNothing says summer grilling like juicy turkey slices topped with a salsa so colorful it looks like a tropical sunset on your plate.
Cubed mango, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and chopped red onion get tossed with lime juice, lime zest, and a touch of ginger, then chilled for an hour so the flavors bloom into something bright, sweet, and tangy.
While the salsa does its thing in the fridge, turkey breast slices hit the grill for a quick 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
Spoon that jewel-toned fruit salsa over the warm, smoky turkey and every bite is a collision of sweet, tart, and savory.
Kitchen Tips
- Chill the salsa for at least an hour before serving so the lime and ginger have time to pull the fruit flavors together
- Grill the turkey over low heat so it stays juicy; high heat dries out lean breast meat fast
- Swap in pineapple or papaya for the mango if that’s what you have on hand; any tropical fruit works beautifully
