| 7 | ounces | tuna fish | (1)cn, water packed |
| 1/4 | cup | cheese | american, cheddar or, colby cheese |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | pickles, gherkins | sweet, finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | skim mayonnaise,, >or< |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise, light | |
| 1 | x | green bell pepper | strips |
Drain tuna; flake with fork into small pieces.
Cut cheese into 1/4" cubes.
Combine tuna, cheese, gherkins, celery, and Skim Milk Mayonnaise; mix well.
Cover bowl and chill 1 hour or longer.
Serve on crisp lettuce, garnished with thin strips of green pepper.
(WHEN I can get red and yellow peppers at a decent price, I would use all three colors in the salad.)

General:Nutmeg is the seed of Myristica fragrans, an evergreen tree native to the Molucca Islands. Interestingly, the tree produces both Nutmeg and mace, and grows up to 60 feet tall....
Good, although I never can leave a recipe alone. I added more rice, an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and a little salt.
