| 1 1/2 | ounces | gelatin | lemon-flavoured |
| 1 | cup | water | boiling |
| 1 | cup | water | cold |
| 10 | ounces | strawberries | frozen, sliced |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt |
Empty gelatin into boil, pour on boiling water, stiruntil completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water, strawberries, salt. Mix until berries completely thaw and separate.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
