| 3/4 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 2/3 | cup | water | |
| 1 | tablespoon | liquid sugar substitute | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 2 | tablespoon | margarine | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt |
Combine raisins,water, sweetner, spices, and margarine in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
Cool.
Stir in egg.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add to fruit mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 10 minutes.
