| 1 | pound | string beans | sliced |
| 2 | each | green chili peppers | julienned |
| 2 | each | red chili peppers | julienned |
| 1/2 | pound | tofu | pressed & cubed |
| 1/2 | cup | coconut milk | |
| 2 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 4 | tablespoons | lime juice | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | chili sauce |
Place the beans on a large serving platter and arrange the green and red chilies and tof cubes over the top.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili sauce.
Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.

Don't have wine or a liquer needed for your recipe. Here are some substitutions you can make to replace that alcohol in the recipe you've been dying to make....
I didn't care for this pie because of the cream filling which tasted too much like sour cream. I feel maybe it needed some vanilla or more eggs to get rid of that overwhelming taste. Everyone else though liked it and thought the blueberries played down the sour cream taste. So I will probably make it again for others.
