| 4 | large | flour tortillas | or whole wheat |
| 1/4 | cup | honey | |
| 1/4 | cup | barbecue sauce | prepared |
| 16 | ounces | black beans | drained |
| 2 | cups | coleslaw mix | packaged |
| 1/2 | pound | smoked turkey breast | shredded |
| 8 | ounces | pepper jack cheese | shredded |
Place tortillas on plate and microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds or wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm for 10 to 15 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
In small saucepan, heat honey and barbecue sauce until hot (do not boil).
Place tortillas on plates and top evenly with beans, coleslaw mix, turkey and cheese.
Drizzle each with 2 Tbsp. of sauce.

I found this recipe in a magazine about 10 years ago and made some for goody baskets we gave out to the Dental offices that sent referrals to us. They raved about the muffins! They are moist, flavorful and delicious.
