Combine the tomato and onion slices.
Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour over the tomatoes and onion.

Sometimes it’s hard finding a Valentine’s Day gift for a female. With their complex personalities, you can never know what the perfect gift for her is....
Have tried this recipe twice now, and have really enjoyed it! Make sure that the water has all been absorbed or boiled off of the rice before you fry it! Thanks, Jeff G.
