Ingredients

6 each tomatoes peeled and sliced crosswise
1/2 each spanish onion or red onion, sliced into thin rings
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 each garlic clove crushed
Salt & salt and black pepper
1 x parsley leaves fresh chopped
1 pinch paprika sweet
1 pinch cumin

Directions

Combine the tomato and onion slices.

Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour over the tomatoes and onion.

Chicken Fried Rice
