Ingredients

8 ounces shrimp pkg. shrimp-
1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 medium avocado halved, seeded, chopped
1/2 each honeydew melon
1/2 each cantaloupe
1 each orange peeled, sliced
12 each strawberries halved
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

Directions

THAW FISH AND SHRIMP, if frozen; set aside.

For dressing, stir together salad dressing and cocktail sauce.

If necessary, stir in a little water to make of pouring consistency.

Cover and chill till serving time.

IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL TOSS together shrimp and/or fish, avocado, and 3 tablespoons of the dressing.

ARRANGE LETTUCE LEAVES on 4-dinner plates.

Spoon Seafood mixture onto lettuce.

Arrange melon, orange slices, and berries around seafood.

Sprinkle with poppy seed.

Serve with remaining dressing.

Cabbage Rolls I

5 STARS, this is my first time to try a vegetarian cabbage roll, and I used Indian white rice, also I spread all of the tomato sauce on top of the cabbage rolls before baking, and I baked them 35 minutes, and they are incredible yummy, next time, I will serve this wonderful cabbage rolls to my vegetarian friend and I think these great rolls are not only for vegetarian, everyone will love them.
