Ingredients

1 1/2 cups lobster meat
1 cup bread crumbs soft
1 cup milk, top or thin cream
1 each egg well beaten
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon onion juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes if desired
1/2 cup bread crumbs for topping

Directions

Mix in order given.

Put into greased baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs.

Bake 30 minutes in moderate (350 degree) oven.
