| 6 | large | eggs | hardboiled and chopped |
| 1 | clove | garlic | minced |
| 1/3 | cup | sour cream | or plain yogurt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | pimento | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | scallions, spring or green onions | finely chopped |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | chinese hot mustard |
Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonaise, salt, and garlic together.
Add the egg then the other ingredients and mix well.
Garnish with the pimiento.

I didn't use the pastry in this recipe, but the fillings were all quite delicious. I just threw them in a skillet , as easy as that.
