Ingredients

10 pounds beef round steak
1 cup flour, all-purpose
5 cups water
3 cups ketchup
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

Dredge strips of beef in flour, salt andamp;amp; pepper, brown in oil.

Combine water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, and onion.

Stir well, heat and pour over beef.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook covered until beef is tender about 2 hours.

Stir occasionally.

Orange-Roasted Tofu & Asparagus

I marinated the tofu for some time in the vinegar, oil mixture. Didn't have the miso so added soy sauce instead along with some wasabi powder to kick it up a notch.
