Great apple pie recipe that we have used for years. Perfect with a cup of hot apple cider.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons bread flour
1 dash ammonia salt just use regular salt it's not on its drop down menu
9 whole apple You can use apples off of nearby trees , they are much better
1 dash nutmeg ground
2 whole pie dough Regular Pie crust , homemade pie crust
3 tablespoons red hot chili pepper, dried use Red Hot Candies, the drop down menu doesnt have em in it.
3/4 cups sugar cane use regular Sugar

Directions

Peel your apples, slice your apples, place in water while preparing rest.

In mixer or with a spoon, combine flour, salt, sugar, red hot candies (red imperials), and nutmeg, add apples when all is mixed well.

Prepare pie crust for filling. Put apple mixture in it. Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with butter, and small amount of sugar.

With other crust make a lattice crust, and dot with butter and sprinkle with sugar, and cinnamon
