| 1/8 | cup | butter | 1/4 of a stick |
| 1 | x | provolone cheese | grated |
| 1 | x | gouda cheese | grated |
| 1 | pound | pasta | three-colored, cooked |
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
