Ingredients

Spinach onion
1envelope onion soup mix dry
2cups sour cream
1package spinach chopped, frozen, cook, and well drained
Cheddar onion
1envelope onion soup mix dry
2cups sour cream
3/4cup cheddar cheese shredded
3tablespoons pimento
1dash red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) to taste
Indian onion
1envelope onion soup mix dry
1cup sour cream
1cup yogurt, plain
2tablespoons peanuts finely chopped
1/2teaspoon curry powder to taste

Directions

For all recipes above:

In medium bowl, blend soup mix, sour cream and the additional ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with chips or cut up raw vegetables.
