Ingredients

2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Bring vinegar and water just to simmer.

Add other ingredients and stir well
