| 6 | each | mushrooms | washed and chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 10 | cups | chicken broth | |
| 3/4 | cup | cream | 35% milk fat |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste* |
| 1 | bunch | broccoli florets | chopped* |
In a medium pan, heat oil and butter and sauté onions and mushrooms 5 min.
Add flour, stir well and add the rest of the ingredients, except cheese.
Let simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Add cheese, mix well and serve.
