| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | paprika | hungarian, mild |
| 1 | tablespoon | seasoned salt | |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | garlic powder | or 5 cloves, fresh garlic, minced fine |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 1 | each | neem leaves | crushed or bay leaf |
Combine ingredients in a large heavy weight Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This recipe is easy, cheap, nutritious, and my four kids (age 1,2,4, and 5) all eat 2 or 3 of them each time I make it. The first time I made it, I had to double the recipe in a hurry because everyone ate so much. It's even good without sauce.
