| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing, italian | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | medium | cucumber | peeled |
| 1/2 | small | onion | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | radishes | sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | chopped |
Combine Italian dressing and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Add Cucumber, onion, radishes, and parsley.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
Serve salad, using a slotted spoon.

I started an old Haitian recepe i knew for this hot relish and co9uld not remember the rest so i used this recepe to complete it and it is perfect the vinegar can be replaced with lime juice or red wine vinegar great recepe though
