| 3/4 | cup | grapefruit juice | |
| 6 | ounces | tequila | |
| 2 | ounces | Triple Sec | |
| 2 | cups | ice | cracked |
Moisten rims of cocktail glasses with cut grapefruit.
Swirl in mound of salt to coat edges.
Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, triple sec and cracked ice in blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses.
Place a grapefruit quarter on each rim.

I realize this is a simple mean, but it is really good. I like it with mashed potatoes, green salad and garlic bread.
