| 1 | pound | mackerel fillets | spanish, skinless |
| Sauce | |||
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, low-fat | |
| 1 | small | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | each | cucumber | peeled, chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | dill weed | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
Mix sauce.
Place fillets in microwave dish, thick parts towards the outside.
Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes for venting.
Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
Pour sauce on fish and recover.
Rotate dish and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
Salt at the table.

I baked this for work. Everyone RAVED. It's October and it seemed like a holiday-ish dessert. I will have to make it again for the upcoming holidays.
