| 2 | each | chicken breasts | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
| Step two | |||
| 1 ea Ripe banana; | banana | medium, ripe, mashed | |
| 1/3 | cup | curacao | orange, or grand marnier |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | corn syrup, dark | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| Step three | |||
| 1/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1/4 | cup | walnuts | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | soft |
| Step four | |||
| 1/2 | each | banana | sliced |
* Skinned, and boned Cover chicken breasts with wax paper and flatten breasts with mallet.
Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together in part two and set aside.
Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients in part three and toss to blend.
Stuff chicken breasts with mixture and place in au gratin dishes.
Pour half of banana mixture over chicken and bake at 350^ for 25 to 30 minutes, basting once.
Top breasts with sliced bananas and spoon sauce over.
Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.

At lunch, I just made this sauteed mushrooms with mixed green salads, it tasted pretty good, it was my first time to try mushrooms with salad greens, it is a great idea, light and delicious.
