| 1 1/2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | cup | canola oil | butter flavor |
| 4 | each | egg yolks | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | cup | rice flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | potatoe | starch |
| 2/3 | cup | cornstarch | |
| 2/3 | cup | tapioca flour | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt |
Pre heat oven 375 degrees Blend sugar and shortning.
Add egg yolks and flavoring.
Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
This will seem crumbly but work dough with your hands until you can form balls.
Roll out 1/8 inch thick on waxed paper, bake on greased cookie sheet 375 deg 8-10 min.
